By accessing or using the Logismos invoice processing service (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.
Logismos is an internal invoice processing tool that uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to extract key information from PDF invoices, generate standardised filenames, and retrieve associated domain registration data from Cloudflare. The Service is intended for authorised business use only.
Access to the Service is restricted to users explicitly authorised by the system administrator. Authentication is provided via Google OAuth 2.0. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials. You must notify the administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of processing legitimate business invoices. You must not:

Data extracted from invoices is generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or omissions. You are solely responsible for verifying all AI-extracted information before using it for accounting, tax, or any other purpose. The Service is a productivity aid, not a substitute for professional review.
All software, design, and content comprising the Logismos Service remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended business purpose. You must not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-extracted data will be accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for access to the Service in the preceding twelve months.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
